About these terms
These terms apply to services and products supplied by Kim Jenkins trading as Results with Kim, including dance fitness classes, one to one coaching, group coaching, the Reignite Program, Skool membership, workshops, downloadable programmes, planners, courses and event tickets.

By placing an order, making a booking or joining a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms shown before purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Eligibility
Dance fitness participants must be at least 16. A participant aged 16 or 17 may be required to provide consent from a parent or guardian, together with emergency and health information reasonably needed for safe participation.
Coaching, the Reignite Program, paid communities and personal development services are intended for people aged 18 and over unless Results with Kim agrees otherwise in writing with an appropriate parent or guardian. A person purchasing on behalf of another participant confirms that they have authority to do so and that the participant will comply with these terms.
Services and product descriptions
The description, price, schedule, delivery method, access period and any specific conditions for a service or product will be shown on the relevant sales, booking or checkout page. Please check those details before paying. If specific written terms for a product conflict with these general terms, the specific terms will apply to that product to the extent of the conflict.
Reasonable changes may be made to session content, instructors, venues, delivery platforms or schedules where necessary. A material change will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible and an appropriate remedy will be offered where required.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. The total price and any recurring billing arrangement will be displayed before purchase. Payment is normally processed securely by Stripe or through the relevant booking platform.
You must provide accurate billing information and have authority to use the payment method. If a recurring payment fails, access may be paused while Results with Kim gives you a reasonable opportunity to update payment details.
Formation of the contract
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when Results with Kim or the relevant platform sends confirmation of the booking, order or membership. Please keep the confirmation and a copy of these terms.
Consumer cancellation rights
Where a consumer purchases a service online, a statutory 14 day cancellation period will usually begin on the day after the contract is formed. Exceptions can apply, including certain leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period, such as a scheduled fitness class or event.
If you ask for a service to begin during the 14 day cancellation period, Results with Kim may ask for your express request. If you then cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service already supplied. If the service is fully performed during that period after your express request and acknowledgement, the cancellation right may end.
For digital content supplied immediately, such as a download, recording or course access, Results with Kim must obtain your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that the statutory cancellation right will be lost once supply begins. If that consent and acknowledgement are not obtained correctly, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Dance fitness class cancellations
A booked class is a leisure service for a specific date. The usual 14 day change of mind right may therefore not apply.
If you notify Results with Kim at least 24 hours before the class, you may request one transfer or account credit for another available class of the same value. Any credit must be used within the period stated when it is issued.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, or you do not attend, the booking will normally be treated as used and no refund or credit will be due.
Results with Kim may use reasonable discretion for a genuine emergency, but this is not guaranteed and must be applied fairly.
Bookings may not be resold. A transfer to another eligible person requires prior notice and may require the new participant to complete health and safety information.
If Results with Kim cancels a class, you may choose a transfer, account credit or refund of the class price paid. Results with Kim is not responsible for separate travel, childcare or other personal costs, except where the law requires otherwise.
One to one coaching cancellations
The statutory 14 day cancellation rights described above apply where relevant.
After that period, a session may be rescheduled once without charge when at least 48 hours notice is given, subject to availability.
A session cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed without notice, will normally be treated as used. Reasonable discretion may be used for a genuine emergency.
If Results with Kim needs to cancel, a replacement session or refund for that session will be offered.
If you end a coaching package early, any refund for unused sessions will take account of sessions and materials already supplied, any stated individual session rate and reasonable losses or non recoverable costs. This will not affect your statutory rights.
Coaching sessions must be used within any clear validity period shown before purchase. Results with Kim will consider a reasonable extension for illness or another significant circumstance.
Group coaching and the Reignite Program
The statutory 14 day cancellation rights described above apply where relevant.
If you ask to begin during that period, any refund may be reduced fairly to reflect live sessions, coaching, resources and access already supplied.
After the cancellation period, requests to withdraw will be considered fairly. Any deduction will reflect the service and digital content already supplied, reasonable committed costs and whether the place can be filled by another participant.
Missed live sessions do not automatically create a right to a refund. A replay or alternative may be provided where this forms part of the offer, but availability cannot be guaranteed unless stated at purchase.
If Results with Kim cancels the whole programme, a refund will be provided for the part not supplied. If a session is moved, a reasonable alternative, recording, credit or proportionate refund will be offered where appropriate.
Skool and recurring memberships
The price, billing period, minimum commitment, trial terms and included features will be displayed before purchase.
A monthly membership may be cancelled before the next renewal date. Access will normally continue until the end of the period already paid for.
Payments already taken are not normally refunded for a partial billing period, unless consumer law requires a refund or Results with Kim agrees otherwise.
Cancellation of a membership with Results with Kim does not necessarily delete the member's Skool account. Platform account settings may need to be managed separately.
If a membership feature is materially removed, an appropriate remedy will be offered where required.
Workshops and event tickets
A workshop or event scheduled for a specific date may be exempt from the usual 14 day cancellation right.
If you cancel at least seven days before the event, you may request one transfer to another eligible person, an account credit, or a refund less any reasonable non recoverable processing cost that was clearly disclosed before purchase.
If you cancel within seven days, you may transfer the ticket to another eligible person by giving at least 24 hours notice. A refund will normally be available only if the place is resold, less reasonable costs.
If Results with Kim cancels the event, you may choose an available transfer, account credit or refund of the ticket price paid.
Reasonable changes to speakers, session order or content do not automatically create a right to a refund where the overall event remains substantially as described.
Downloads, planners and online courses
Digital content is licensed to you for personal use only. Where immediate access is requested, the checkout must ask you separately to consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect on your 14 day cancellation right.
If digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, you may have statutory rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. Contact [email protected] with the order details and a description of the issue.
Fitness health and safety
Fitness activity involves physical exertion and carries a risk of discomfort or injury.
You are responsible for deciding whether the activity is suitable for you and for seeking advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.
You must provide relevant health, injury, pregnancy, medication and accessibility information requested for safe participation and update Results with Kim if it changes.
You should work within your own ability, use the modifications offered, stay hydrated, wear suitable clothing and footwear, and stop immediately if you feel pain, faintness, unusual shortness of breath or another concerning symptom.
You must follow reasonable safety instructions and venue rules. Results with Kim may refuse or stop participation where there is a reasonable safety concern.
These terms do not exclude or limit responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Nature of coaching and Reignite services
Coaching and Reignite services support reflection, confidence, movement, identity, habits and practical action. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice or a substitute for a regulated professional service.
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, wellbeing and results. Results with Kim does not promise a particular personal, relationship, health, career or financial outcome. If you need urgent medical or mental health help, use the appropriate emergency or professional service rather than waiting for a coaching response.
Confidentiality and safeguarding
Results with Kim will treat personal coaching information with care and will explain how it is handled in the Privacy Policy. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, is needed to obtain professional or legal advice, is reasonably necessary to protect someone from serious harm, or is required for safeguarding or emergency action.
In group services, every participant is expected to respect the privacy of others. Results with Kim cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information confidential, so participants should share thoughtfully.
Community standards
When using a Skool community, group programme, workshop or event, you must:
communicate respectfully and avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats or deliberately harmful behaviour
respect privacy and not record, copy or share another participant's information without permission
avoid advertising, spam or solicitation unless Results with Kim has agreed
not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading or malicious content
follow reasonable moderation and safeguarding instructions
Results with Kim may remove content, pause participation or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the community, comply with law or respond to a serious or repeated breach. Where appropriate, the participant will be told the reason and given a reasonable opportunity to respond. Any refund decision will be fair and will take account of the circumstances and services already supplied.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all programmes, recordings, videos, plans, worksheets, branding, written materials and teaching content supplied by Results with Kim remain owned by Kim Jenkins or the relevant licensor. Purchase gives you a personal, limited, non transferable right to use the material for your own private purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, sell, license, publish, teach from, upload, share account access to, or create a competing product from the material without written permission. This does not restrict any use permitted by law.
Photographs, recordings and testimonials
Results with Kim will seek separate appropriate permission before using an identifiable image, recording, testimonial or personal story for marketing. You may decline without losing access to the core service. Any withdrawal will apply to future use where reasonably possible and will not make earlier authorised use unlawful.
Technology and access
You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and compatible software for online services unless stated otherwise. Results with Kim will take reasonable care in selecting and operating platforms but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third party services. Planned or unexpected disruption will be addressed within a reasonable time and an appropriate alternative will be considered where the disruption is material.
Our responsibility
Results with Kim will provide services with reasonable care and skill and will supply digital content as described. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, breach of statutory rights, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Results with Kim is not responsible for a loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for a loss caused by your failure to follow reasonable instructions or provide relevant information. If you purchase wholly or mainly for business purposes, separate business terms may be agreed.
Events outside reasonable control
Results with Kim is not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside reasonable control, such as venue closure, severe weather, illness, transport disruption, public health restrictions, power failure or platform outage. Reasonable steps will be taken to minimise the effect and provide information, rescheduling, credit or a refund where appropriate and required by law.
Complaints
Please email [email protected] as soon as possible with your name, order or booking details, the issue and the outcome you are seeking. Results with Kim aims to acknowledge a formal complaint within five working days and provide a substantive response within 14 working days where reasonably possible.
Changes to these terms
The terms in force when you purchase will normally govern that purchase. Terms may be updated for future purchases. If a change is needed for an ongoing membership or service, reasonable notice will be given and the change will not remove existing statutory rights.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protection of the law where you live and may usually bring proceedings in the courts of that part of the United Kingdom. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute directly and reasonably.
